Click on the Custom Order tab on the top of the page. Include as much details as you can of what you wish to order; what type of jewelry, metal, gemstones, style, and price range. If you have any inspiration photos or a Pinterest board, include a link to that as well.

We will then get back to you with a price and time estimation.
Preexisting collection items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the date the order was placed, within the U.S. only! All pieces must be unworn, in its original packaging, and with all materials & gems included. All sales items are final and non-refundable.
Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged per Health and Hygiene Law.
Deposits on custom orders are non-refundable.
Custom orders that have been fulfilled are final and non-refundable.
To return or exchange a product, email us at info@danielsendesigns.com, specify which item(s) you wish you return/exchange, include reason for return/exchange and proof of receipt. You will be responsible to pay for your own shipping costs for returns.
Once return item(s) have been received and inspected, we will send a confirmation email. If your refund is rejected, we will notify you. If your return is approved, you will be refunded within 15 business days upon receiving the parcel. Cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund, as these are non-refundable.
